Flavours of red fruit (blackcurrant, strawberry) combined with a refreshing, slightly green note (fresh peppercorn, typical of Cabernet Sauvignon) and spicy flavours (cinnamon, mint) and honey. Tannin are soft and silky.
Les Jamelles Merlot
Flavours of ripe fruit (cherry, wild strawberry), caramel. Notes of cinnamon, nutmeg and even cherry tomato may also be detected. Tannins are silky and pleasing on the palate, well balanced.
