Chateau Pesquié “Quintessence”
Dark purple color, this wine displays a nose of black fruits (morello cherry), roasting aromas and black olives.
The mouth is very structured, wealth and power balanced by the freshness of the terroir of Mont Ventoux, garrigue notes & black cherry with silky tannins


Chateau Pesquié Quintessence white
Golden white with bright reflects. Complex nose that mixes aromas of white flowers and exotic fruits (pineapple) and spices (safran, curry). Rich and perfect balanced in the same time, with a good freshness, saltiness, and a powerful aromatic intensity


Chateau Pesquié Terrasse Rouge
Color: deep ruby color.
Nose: intense nose with spicy notes (especially black pepper) and red berries.
Mouth: This very balanced wine offers very round tannins and fresh berries aromas, with some floral and spicy flavors.
Food & Wine pairing: very easy to match with simple dishes such as pizzas, kebabs, charcuterie, vegetable pies or salads to more ambitious cuisine like terrines, poultry (guineafowl, turkey...), roasted or grilled meats. Serve at about 17° C.


Le Paradou Grenache
Limpid and dark ruby color. Nose of black and red berries with spicy notes. In the mouth, good concentration, roundness and freshness in the same time. Crunchiness of the grapes, cherry and blackcurrant aromas with hints of pepper. Very easy to drink !


Le Paradou Viognier
Golden color with silvery glints, clear and bright. Nose of white flowers, white fruits (peach). In mouth, very fresh and balanced, with citrus aromas (lemon), white fruits and a great minerality.
